FAQ

Custom Order Info - If you selected -CUSTOM ORDER- on an item then I ask that you provide the applicable sizing/color/stamp info at checkout. When you click through checkout, you will have the option to click the drop down menu which provides a window for you to provide this info to me. If you do not provide it, I will attempt to reach out to you via the email attached to your order to sort things out. 

For an entirely custom piece please contact me via the contact form on the website, through one of my social media accounts, or at [email protected] - I'm happy to work with you to get you exactly the piece you want! 

Shipping - All packages ship with insurance and arrive in a black or brown box under the name 'LeatherCo' for added discretion. 

Leatherqueer Co is based in the United States but I do ship internationally! Your country should be available as an option at checkout but if there's any problem please reach out and ask so I can help. 

Items - All items are refinished with a coat of protective oil a day or two before shipping for longevity and quality.
